When I say thanks for nothing I fucking mean it
We mean it
It will catch up with you
It will catch up with you
And when it does
It'll tear the skin clear off your limbs
But don't panic
The wind will take you
Where you need to be
Where you need to be
When you say thanks for nothing we fucking hear it
You were screaming it on your way out
You were screaming it on your way in
I guess this this is what we get
Lesson learned never again
Never again
Don't let your guard down
They'll take you for everything you have
Don't let your guard down
Never again

Aggressive, intense, extreme music (punk, hardcore, metal) should be raw and bullshit free, stripped of self-indulgent "mood setting" riffs and arrangements to produce its effect. PUNCH and "They Don't Have to Believe" is a paradigm of this ethos 'par excellence' as they say. _teeth
New York hardcore meets classic thrash metal meets Jane's Addiction-esque alternative on the Brooklyn crushers' sensational debut. Bandcamp New & Notable Dec 13, 2023

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
